I can make out the conversation easily although the sound is a bit tinny. The camera angle sucks ass though, since I can't see the charts the attorney is presenting. |

Where there may be a weak point to this case is that they state:
The point is, to be a natural born citizen, one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, be citizens of the United States. As Obama’s father was not a citizen, the argument is that Obama, constitutionally, is ineligible to serve as President.
When by law, a person can be a citizen with only one parent being a US Citizen. I hope this does not crumble the case. THey need to go for how he would have been registered by his mother to legally enter the US if they can show he was not born here.
A child automatically becomes a U.S. citizen when all of the following conditions have been met under section 320 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), as amended by the Child Citizenship Act (CCA):
At least one parent of the child is a U.S. citizen, whether by birth or naturalization.
The child is under the age of 18 years.
The child is residing in the United States in the legal and physical custody of the U.S. citizen parent based on a lawful admission for permanent residence. |
