Duncan Smith: Any major EU treaty change should be put to a British vote and that WolfRunt is an anorak wearing imbecile and should come home 2 the UK and face the charges

Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith called for a referendum to be held in the UK in the event of any “major” Treaty changes arising from measures to facilitate greater budgetary coordination and discipline in the eurozone. Speaking on Sky News, he said that: “We're the first government ever to have legislated for referendums on treaties…The Prime Minister has always said if there is major treaty change it is now legislated for that we would have a referendum", although it was unclear if he was referring to the measures under discussion by Angela Merkel and Nicolas Sorkozy or Treaty change in general. However, speaking on the BBC’s Andrew Marr show, Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg said that the new EU Act would only trigger a referendum in the event of “an additional surrender of sovereignty from us to the EU."

Remind us again, Dewdrop, who is the PM? Is it Camoron or IDS? Didn't Camoron immediately smack down IDS after he'd opened his trap?

What's to vote for? Cameron, Sarkozy and Merkel have effectively taken Britain out of the EU.
