The Russians most likely did it but the FSB "investigation" will likely blame either the Chechens or the CIA.....or maybe both. |

Medvedev has "appointed" none other than Putin himself to head up the investigation...so I'm sure they'll get to the bottom of it. Not that the EU would have done shit even if Putin admitted to decapitating Poland's government. |
