I don't know either, but I suspect Bush. Carter is nearly universally recognized as a pathetic President, and every time he opens his mouth he reveals himself to be an arrogant, anti-American elitist. While I am no longer a Bush supporter, I think he's a much better President, and a much nicer man. I've read that most people who worked for Carter think he's an unpleasant asshole.

You all should try flossing, then brushing your teeth with an up-and-down motion (not side to side) using a flouride toothpaste like Crest or Colgate (I prefer Crest).
